Dry Body Brushing is a fabulous self-care ritual with lots of benefits: brushing the skin regularly helps stimulate the lymph flow within the body, improving blood circulation and helping the body's detoxification processes. It also helps to reduce cellulite and exfoliates dead skin cells for much softer, smoother, more glowing skin.
It also feels quite energising/invigorating.
Dry brushing can be done daily over the whole body, ideally in the morning before you shower.
Starting at your feet and hands, work your way up the body, brushing upwards towards the heart. Brush each area about ten times. Your skin should be nicely pink afterwards. Start with soft pressure, you can work up to more firm pressure over time.
