How to Prepare
You can enjoy this revitalising wellness drink as a traditional hot tea or an iced tea. Hot Tea: Infuse leaves in freshly boiled 100°C water for 3-5 minutes. The leaves can then be re-infused a second time for a second cup of tea. 
Iced Tea: Infuse teabag in filtered cold water for 30 minutes, add ice and fresh lemon and/or apple slices if desired.
