Dry body brushing is an easy, effective skincare / self-care ritual with loads of skin and health benefits. It only takes around 3 minutes to do, and feels super invigorating.

Dry brushing increases circulation and blood flow, revitalising the skin, and stimulating the lymphatic system to help detoxification. It’s great for cellulite and a sluggish system. It's also amazing for all-over exfoliation: dry brushing removes dead skin cells and unclogs pores, and encourages better cell turnover for smoother, softer and more glowy skin.

Body Brushing is a quick, easy ritual to add to your self care, taking less than 2 minutes from start to finish: Simply brush your body in strokes toward your heart. Brush each area quite quickly, about ten times. Start at the tops of your feet, then brush upwards on your shins and calves, then knees, then thighs. Brush your bottom in circular motions - dry brushing is great for blemishes and cellulite. Next, move onto your torso. Start with your hands, brushing up in long strokes towards your shoulder. On your tummy and chest, do circular motions.

Your skin should be nicely pink afterwards. Dry brush 2-3 times a week, ideally in the morning before you jump in the shower.
