Golden light, warm textures, soft curves... this is the most serotonin I've had in weeks.

The beauty of balance - gentle curves (the opening to the butler's; the kitchen island) to soften all the clean lines; swathes of stone softened by airy oak.  

A++ - no notes. Go to the head of the class. 

That curved wall, the small circular sink... this little bar moment might be our favourite 'moment' from this home. (We've always been a fan of a suspended wine glass rack too. one of our top affordable tips for bringing an elevated restaurant feel to your kitchen)

Cold floor, warm heart. Matte stone flooring is really having a moment, and we're all about it! LOVE this hallway flooring - and doing a crazy pave with all the pieces in the same stone brings all the delicious texture but dials down the crazy. 

Now to the bathrooms, shall we?
