Pricing and Payment
Prices shown our online store are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST of 15%. Prices may be subject to change without notice and do not include delivery costs.
We accept payment by credit card and Afterpay (NZ). Credit card payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments. No card details are stored by Shopify Payments.

We always do our very best to represent the products we sell and the brands we love with complete accuracy - however we can't warrant that the content on this site has no errors or inaccuracies. Keep in mind that some computers and devices may display colours a little differently. If you buy something and find it to be not as described, you can return it (in original unused condition) for a full refund, credit or exchange.
Stock Availability
We do our very best to ensure product availability shown in our online store is correct - but if something you've ordered isn't available or there is going to be a wait (meaning a wait that wasn't noted on the product page), we'll let you know as soon as possible. You have the right to a full refund in this case, if you want one.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are not able to be used on some items.
Sale Items
Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged, unless of course if they're damaged (in which case we'll replace the item, or if we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full or give you a store credit - whichever you'd like).

Pre-Orders
Orders that contain any pre-order items are held until the pre-order item arrives - to split delivery/have in-stock items dispatched immediately, please make a separate order for pre-order items.
We do our best to give accurate delivery estimates for pre-order items, but as we rely on suppliers to deliver goods to us on time, delays can sometimes occur. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to delays.
Made to Order Items
Made to order or custom order products (including framed and unframed art prints) cannot be cancelled or returned.

We may change or update these terms and conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. Your continued use of or access to the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
