If you've given us your permission, we may occasionally send you nice emails sharing new homeware or offering you VIP specials for our online store. You can unsubscribe instantly anytime by clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer area of any of these emails.
Prices for our online store are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
We always do our very best to represent the homeware and design products we sell and the brands we love with complete accuracy - however we can't warrant that the content on this site has no errors or inaccuracies. Also bare in mind that some computers and devices may display colours a little differently. If you buy something and find it to be not as described, you can return it (in original unused condition) and exchange it for something else, or receive a store credit or refund.
We do our very best to ensure product availability shown in our online store is correct - but if something you've ordered isn't available or there is going to be a wait (meaning a wait that wasn't noted on the product page), we'll let you know as soon as possible. You have the right to a full refund in this case, if you want one.
We're not able to send out your item until payment is received. If you're paying by bank deposit, please keep in mind things like bank processing over weekends and public holidays, and always use your full name (first and last name) and/or your unique order number in the Reference fields, so we can quickly pick out your payment from the rest.
Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged, unless of course if they're damaged (in which case we'll replace the item, or if we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full or give you a store credit - whichever you'd like).
