We may update our terms and conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Prices for our online store are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
We always do our very best to represent the homeware and design products we sell and the brands we love with complete accuracy - however we can't warrant that the content on this site has no errors or inaccuracies. Keep in mind that some computers and devices may display colours a little differently. If you buy something and find it to be not as described, you can return it (in original unused condition) and exchange it for something else, or receive a store credit or refund.
We do our very best to ensure product availability shown in our online store is correct - but if something you've ordered isn't available or there is going to be a wait (meaning a wait that wasn't noted on the product page), we'll let you know as soon as possible. You have the right to a full refund in this case, if you want one.
Discount codes are not able to be used on some items: cutlery sets, furniture, lighting, art prints.
Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged, unless of course if they're damaged (in which case we'll replace the item, or if we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full or give you a store credit - whichever you'd like).
