We want you to get your order super quickly, so we always package immediately and get your parcel on the very next courier pick-up.
If you order before 2pm during the week, your order will leave that same arvo.
And if there's a delay for any reason, we'll let you know.
If you've purchased an item which is made to order or has a lead time associated with it, this will have been noted on the product page. This mainly applies to the Sunday Bench, framed prints, and product pre-orders.
Bay of Plenty and Auckland orders are often overnight, or 1-2 working days, and it's usually 2-3 working days for the rest of the North Island and the South Island.
We'll send you the tracking number so you can track your parcel. If at any time you have any questions, email or call us - we're here to help.
$5 Flat Rate + Free Shipping
We've made it nice and simple to shop from us by offering a
$5 flat rate anywhere in NZ and Free Shipping on orders over $50
This offer excludes rural addresses, Waiheke delivery and some larger furniture items.
Rural / Waiheke / PO Boxes
If you live in a rural delivery area or on Waiheke Island, couriers cost a little more. Please select the correct courier option at checkout. Once we've received your order, we may also contact you to arrange payment of any extra small fee for Rural or Waiheke delivery.
Depending on the item ordered, we may not be able to deliver to a PO Box address.
Want to Sign for It?
Due to the current Covid situation, parcels are sent as Signature Not Required. If you want to ensure a signature is required, you must add a Note to your order so we can specify this to our couriers.
We have deactivated our international shipping for now, because of the crazy-long delivery times due to Covid. We're still happy to ship internationally, just email us and we can give you a shipping quote/options.
If we open an item for pre-order, we'll always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to international shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Pre-orders are usually offered on products that either sell out quickly, or items we will only have limited numbers of, so we don't offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders.
If you order other in-stock items with your pre-order, these will be set aside for you and sent together when the pre-order item arrives. If you're wanting something to be sent to you right away, please order separately to a pre-order item.
