Free Shipping over $75

We've made it nice and easy to shop from us by offering free shipping on New Zealand orders over $75.

*excludes rural delivery, and some extra large/heavy items.

 

Fast Dispatch, Fast Delivery 

We process orders super quickly. If you order before 2.30pm on a weekday, your order will leave the same day.

(If you order after 2.30pm or during the weekend, and your order will leave the very next business day.)

We use NZ Post CourierPost who are New Zealand's most efficient couriers. Bay of Plenty, Auckland and Waikato orders are usually delivered overnight, and it's usually 1-2 days for the rest of the North Island and the South Island. 

We'll email your tracking number so you can track your parcel, plus you'll also get a couple of email updates as your parcel makes it way to you - including when your parcel is Out for Delivery. (And if you're not at home, you also get one more email to let you know it's been successfully delivered.)

We send Signature Not Required 

All parcels are sent as Signature Not Required. This means that if you're not home when the courier delivers your parcel, you consent to your parcel being left unattended.

If you want to ensure a signature is required, we're happy to do this - just add a note to your order so we can send Signature Required for you.  

Rural Delivery

Rural delivery costs a little more - please select the correct courier option at checkout. Our free shipping offer excludes rural delivery.

Not sure if the address is rural? Use the NZ Post Address and Postcode finder. If more than one result shows and one of them includes an RD number in the address, the address is considered Rural.

Shipping to Australia - $25 

We use NZ Post International Economy service (and have also subsidised the cost of this) to make it as affordable as possible for you to shop with us.

This is a tracked service with a delivery target of 3-6 working days. Delivery timeframes may be longer than this depending on your location, the time of year etc.

Customers are liable for any duties or fees that may be charged by Australian Customs.

If your order includes heavy or bulky items, our standard shipping may not adequately cover the cost, and we will email you with a revised shipping quote.

International Shipping

We can ship most of our products globally. Just email shop@sundayhomestore.co.nz and we can give you a shipping quote.

Pre-Orders

If we open an item for pre-order, we'll always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to international shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

If you order more than one item, and any one of those items is pre order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive in-stock items straight away, please place two separate orders. 

Pre-orders are generally offered on products that either sell out quickly, or items we will only have limited numbers of, so we don't offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders.
