Courier & Delivery Info
We want you to get your order as soon as possible. So, if you order and pay before midday (Monday - Friday) we'll do our best to get it on the courier for you that afternoon. If not, your order will be sent the very next business day after payment is received.
If you order over the weekend, we'll send to you on Monday morning.
If there is a delay for any reason, we'll let you know.
If you've purchased an item which is 'made to order', this will have been noted on the product page.

If you need something urgently for any reason, email or call us - we'll always do our best to make it happen for you.
Timeframes
Once the courier has picked your order, the time it takes to get to you depends on where you are in the country, whether you ordered at the beginning of the week or at the end of the week. But Bay of Plenty and Auckland orders are normally 1-2 working days, and it's usually 2-3 working days for the rest of the North Island and the South Island. These are guide times only.
We'll supply you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Rural / Waiheke / PO Boxes
If you live in a rural delivery area or on Waiheke, your courier will cost a little more - normally $7.50 more for rural addresses, or $18.50 for deliveries to Waiheke Island for standard packages under 10kg. Once we've received your order, we may contact you to arrange payment of the Rural or Waiheke delivery fee.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Don't Want to Sign for It?
All parcels are sent as Signature Required. If you want to give permission for the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, please add a Note to your order.
Flate Rate Shipping
We've made it nice and simple to shop from us by offering a flat-rate for shipping of $5 in the North Island, $7 in the South Island.
FREE Shipping over $100
Spend over $75 in our online store, and your shipping is on us.
This excludes our large furniture items or rural/Waiheke deliveries
Shipping rates to Australia are not yet loaded on the online store BUT shipping to Australia is available. Just get in touch with us for a shipping quote. (If you like, you can add all your desired items to the Cart and Checkout - and select Bank Deposit as the payment method, then email us - that way we have an easy record of what items you want a shipping quote for).
