I legitimately stopped breathing for a moment when I first spotted this home - by one of our all-time favourite designers, Georgia Ezra.
As well as running her interior architecture studio, Georgia has a tile company, Tiles of Ezra. Each interior she creates bears her design signature: a showcasing of the beauty and tactility of handmade tiles.
Like in this divine bathroom - with the use of latte-toned clay tiles not just on the floors, but on the walls...
And then a hand-painted, handmade Zellige tile in this serene sunken shower...
(which becomes a bath!)
I'm obsessed with the unglazed clay flooring - the epitome of effortless elegance - and love how she's taken these from the bathroom right down the hallway.
And did you spot that beautiful Italian glass wall light? Here in the hallway, plus also below in the kitchen (and there's one in the bathroom, too.)
Love the blend of fun, modernist pieces (that kitchen island, the Pierre stools from Ellison Studios) with the home's more heritage features
The countertop and splashback being one continuous swathe of stone gives this relatively compact kitchen room to breathe...
Georgia's ability to marry traditional with modern is soul mate stuff.
I love everything about this design moment: the feature shelving wall made from perfectly-imperfect pink Moroccan Zellige tiles; the choice to extend the travertine kitchen countertop all the way around the corner to the dining space, that reeded glass cabinet, the ornate doorway moulding...
