We process orders quickly - order before 2.30pm on a weekday and we'll get it on the courier the same day.
We use NZ Post CourierPost who offer a speedy and reliable service. Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato orders are usually overnight delivery, and it's usually 1-2 days for the rest of the country.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75
Spend $75 or more and you'll get free New Zealand shipping.
(Does not apply to rural delivery.)
A few extra large/heavy products are also excluded from free shipping - shipping costs will be shown to you at checkout.
SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED
We send Signature Not Required, which means the courier can still deliver your parcel if you're not home. If you want your parcel to be signed for (which means, if you're not home, the courier will not deliver - instead they will leave a Card to Call), let us know by sending us an email, or adding an Order Note in the Cart. We will happily send on a Signature Required service at no extra charge.
