Making a Gift Exchange In-Store
Simply bring your exchange card and your item in and we will process for you immediately, so you can choose something else. If you can't quite decide on the day, we can set up a store credit for you to use at a later date.
We're open 10am to 4pm, seven days a week.
Sending Items to Sunday
If you're not close to our store, you're welcome to send your item to us.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intention to return/exchange, so we can give you the returns address and get your details.
We will contact you and process your return (send your exchange items or have a credit ready for you to go shopping again) within 3 working days of receiving your return. There may be a shipping cost to send new items out to you.
Limits on Gift Exchange Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date,
or by the expiry date written on your gift exchange card, whichever is later.
- Items must be unused and in as-new, sellable condition,
including intact labels and packaging.
- Sale items are generally 'last-of' items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We don't give out gift exchange cards with Sale items, so this shouldn't be an issue for you.)
- Returns/exchanges are not available on skincare, perfume, earrings or art prints, sorry.
- If you are sending items to us, always use a tracked delivery service/courier, as we cannot take responsibility for lost (or damaged) packages.
