How to Dry Brush:

The best time to dry brush is just before a shower or bath, so you can wash away dead skin and toxins. (We love to dry brush in the morning - because it really 'wakes up' and invigorates body and spirit - but any time of day is fine.)

Brush your skin in long fluid upward strokes, towards your heart (the direction in which your lymphatic system flows).

Start at the soles of your feet and move up your body, ensuring you use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin - you can use slightly harder pressure on thicker skin like the soles of your feet. After brushing your feet and legs, brush your bum, tummy, chest, and finally your arms, again in upward strokes toward the heart.
