Pre-Orders

We Dispatch Fast
We appreciate your pre-order and prioritise it - we'll email you as soon as the product has arrived so that you know it's here, and then we get your pre-order out on the first courier pick-up after that. 

Estimated Arrival Dates
If we open an item for pre-order, we'll always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to international shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

Ordering with In-Stock Items
Orders that contain pre-order items are held until everything is available and ready to ship. If you want to receive any in-stock items straight away, please place your pre-order separately.

Cancelling Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are generally offered on products that either sell out quickly, or items we will only have limited numbers of, so we don't offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders.
